MR MARTINS LANRE MUSTAPHA, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, PLANNING

Mr Martins, Lanre Mustapha, a breed of Lagos-Island, was born on 9th February, 1969. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Statistics from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology where he also bagged his National Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics.

The quest for further academic Laurels took him to Lagos State University, Ojo, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Business Administration in 2015. He also bagged Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the same University in 2005.

Mr. Martins had his early education at Massey Primary School, Hawley Street Primary School and Lafiaji High School, all in Lagos-Island, Lagos. Nigeria.

Upon completion of his compulsory one year National Youth Service Corps in 1995, Mr. Lanre Mustapha Martins commenced his working career in the Lagos State Civil Service in the year 2000 when he was employed as Higher Statistical Officer, Salary Grade Level 08. Within a period spanning 20 years, he rose through the ranks to the position of Deputy Director, Salary Grade Level 16. His tour of Service has taken him to MDAs such as Office of the Chief of Staff, Lands Bureau, Lagos State AIDS/HIV Control Agency, Ministry of Youth and Social Development, Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget and currently serving as a Deputy Director, Planning Unit in the Ministry of Transportation.

Mr. Martins has attended various courses and he is a member of the following Professional bodies; Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN), Nigeria Statistical Association (NSA) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
